Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING: Please allow 3-5 Business days to process your order.* Expect an email within the same timeframe to let you know your order is on the way!

USA SHIPPING RATES:  All packages will be shipped through USPS ground advantage. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  All orders $40+ will be given free shipping. Expect your order to arrive within 5-7 business days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  At this time we only offer international shipping through our Etsy storefront. Please visit lpsrescue.etsy.com to shop our available catalog of handmade items.

REFUNDS AND RETURNS:  We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original  condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.  In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible  at lpsrescue.shop@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
